A qualified chartered accountant from both the UK (ICAEW) and Pakistan (ICAP), Imran blends global standards with local expertise to offer tailored bookkeeping, financial control, and advisory services to small and medium-sized businesses.
Imran is ex-KPMG and has served in leadership roles, including Director of Financial Control at King’s College Hospital London (KSA) and Financial Controller at Capital Health UAE, where he led multimillion-dollar financial strategies, implemented Oracle-based ERP systems, and optimized financial operations across healthcare institutions.
His deep knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, financial modeling, taxation (including VAT), healthcare strategy, and internal controls ensures that every client receives not just compliance, but clarity, actionable insights, and peace of mind.

With over 17 years of extensive experience across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and India, Mathew Francis is a seasoned finance professional with deep expertise in core financial functions, including accounting, staff benefits, MIS reporting, RCM analysis, people management, and GL close processes. He has consistently delivered results across diverse and challenging environments within multinational organizations.
A qualified Intermediate Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mathew blends international best practices with localized insights to offer tailored solutions in bookkeeping, financial management, and business advisory services for companies of all sizes.
He currently serves as the CEO of Anton’s Medicode Academy (India) and as a Senior GL Accountant at King’s College Hospital London (KSA). His prior experience includes senior finance roles at Capital Health (UAE), Mediclinic (UAE), and Al Noor Hospital (UAE), where he led functions such as bookkeeping, revenue cycle management, fixed assets, accounts payable, and project accounting.
Mathew’s broad expertise in international accounting, revenue cycle operations, payroll, and physician compensation enables him to help clients achieve regulatory compliance while also gaining actionable insights, strategic clarity, and lasting confidence
